This yet to be launched project involves the partnership between an Argentine football legend and an internationally acclaimed publicist.
The team approached Bureau as they were interested in understanding the best jurisdictional structure for fundraising and operating a new brand. Alongside defining an approach to financial structuring, the team proposed potential improvements to a financial model, to allow for a smart use of funds during the most capital intensive initial phase of the project.
A worldwide analysis of jurisdictions was performed in order to find the best company structure — managing complexity in the initial phases but planning for growth, keeping an eye on the personal circumstances of the founders and their needs, and articulating these requirements to a team of accountants, lawyers and tax advisors.
